What we Offer

Personal Training;

Whether your goals are sport specific or weight-loss and general well-being , this is the best format for you. Working one-on-one with a trainer to improve your technique, implement & create a tailored program and provide support specific to your individual goals.

CrossFit Classes;

Perfect for those that want it all and want to work-out in a supportive group environment. Every class uses the CrossFit method of fitness...The absolute elite of all training methods!

Team training;

Small group training benefits clients by way of being cost effective, team building and enjoying each others achievements and progress. Regardless if your group comprises of friends, family, work-mates or sporting athletes.

Training at your location is also available depending on purpose and equipment.

Specialty Training;

If you prefer a particular mode of training and want to focus on that, we offer Olympic weighlifting technique, Gymnastic/Bodyweight only exercise, Medicine ball, Speed Power & Agility and Dumbbell training.

Events;

Occasionally CrossFit Newcastle hold seminars to address specific areas of fitness, such as basic/intermediate/advanced bodyweight exercises, Rowing technique etc.

We also have events such as the Spartan Day, Long Day and The Newcastle Games. These are challenging and fun events. We get together to compete and celebrate individual achievements regardless of ability.

Nutrition Consulting;

There is a lot of wrong information and ideas concerning diet, correct and/or healthy food options. Your diet is a major contributor to your performance. Having a proper and individual determined diet is essential to achieving your goals and optimum health.
