Just a quick point. The 180/120 popular ratio requires 9 capsules per day, not 35 to equal the EicoRx (I thought you might have confused the EPA/DHA concentrate with total fish oil, but there is no math that can get 35). 35 of the blackmores would equal 35 g of fish oil with 6.3g of EPA and 4.2 EPA.
ReplyDeleteSo unless you cannot afford the extra 45 calories in your diet, the same dose of EPA/DHA costs about 1/10 the price by buying the 'regular' stuff, providing you go with a reputable brand.
