Workout of the Day (WOD) 20/9/06

'Fran'

three rounds, 21-15 and 9 reps, for time;

thrusters 40kg
pull-ups


all workouts are scable, drop thruster weight to 20kg or less, and perform jumping pull-ups. Remember to adhere to correct form before attempting an 'all-out-effort' for time.
