Thrusters @ 40kg [max in 3mins]
Trunk rotations @ 10kg [max in 3mins]
Band sprints [max in 3mins]
Pushups [max in 3mins]

Sub for band sprints = sprint 20m then run backwards to start mark. forward & back equals 1 rep.

record reps and total for overall score
