Ring plank hold
40m Farmers carry @ 30kg

hold the plank while partner completes farmers carry then change over. Then;

30sec right side plank
10 push-ups
30sec left side plank
10 push-ups
25secs r-side plank
10 push-ups
25secs l-side plank
10 push-ups
15secs r-side plank
10 sit-ups
15secs l-side plank
10 sit-ups

    Hello from Toronto, Canada.

    I'm always looking for workouts that can be done in a hotel weight room with limited equipment. This one looks like a good possibility.

    Rings won't be available. What would you substitute? How about just placing your hands on a chair or weight bench?

    yep your solution is fine, or just have hands on the floor/ground and elevate your feet on something solid.

    some of my clients travel alot, so if the training cycle allows it i'll try and include more bodyweight stuff on the site for you.
