Injured?
There are plenty of ways to train injured. Its a great opportunity to work on areas that you normally wouldn't pay much attention to. Keep training, it will aid your recovery and help stay motivated. The biggest mistake that most people make is to rest completely, sit on the lounge and watch tv and get depressed as they feel their conditioning fade away.
Sore?
Lots of people treat soreness as an injury and use it as an excuse to do nothing. If you want to treat it like an injury, then be smart about it. Just like training with a real injury, avoid the sore body part but keep training!
